How to Pay Property Taxes Online

If you do not pay your property taxes as part of your mortgage or your mortgage is paid off, you are still responsible for paying the property taxes. Property taxes are billed in August. The first half of the year's taxes are due October 1st. The second half is due March 1st of the following year. To pay property taxes online, you must first find your parcel number. The parcel number can be found on the Maricopa County Assessor website.

Type your address where it says, "Search Parcels".
