Delayna did everything to help me with the foreclosure. She helped me understand other housing options and what I was looking at with the foreclosure. She listened to me. She was understanding and sympathetic. I’ve had 10 other people here and they were pushy. Delayna got on the phone with my loan servicer because I could not get through after trying 20 times myself. Now, they are sending the payoff through the mail and Delayna told me to call them call back two days later for the reinstatement amount, which I got! Should I need to go the route of selling, I would work only through her.

Delayna at SAHA was a pleasure to work with. In 2023 my house was being foreclosed by the HOA due to disreputable violation charges that the board refused to discuss. My attorney was unable to assist, stating I’d wind up paying more in fees and costs than the lawsuit amount, and the HOA board refused settlement. After the judgment was granted against my case, many services reached out to me, especially as the Sheriff’s sale approached, but Delayna was the only one that offered help early and throughout the process. Also, she did not pester me as some of the other services that I contacted did, but was always available if I needed advice and allowed me to go at my own pace. I ended up qualifying for a last minute equity loan at a high interest rate in the same week as the Sheriff’s sale to pay the judgment in full and stop the eviction, but Delayna was able to advise on that and other offers I’d received to help me make the best decision, even if it wasn’t through SAHA. She also stated that her office could move quickly in the event the loan fell through, to still save my house, and would accommodate my needs in every way possible during that urgent process. Her options were my second choice if the second mortgage couldn’t be completed in time, and I would highly recommend contacting SAHA before accepting any other offers.
